The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and all other price components.
We only deliver within Germany and the European Union.
Shipping Costs within Germany
Flat shipping rate: €4.50 per order
Free delivery for orders over €70
Shipping Costs within the European Union
Flat shipping rate: €7.50 per order
Free delivery for orders over €90
The shipping costs are calculated depending on the delivery address and the order value. They are clearly displayed again in the shopping cart and on the order page.
The flat shipping rate includes the statutory value-added tax. Since the value-added tax on the flat shipping rate is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may decrease if goods with a lower tax rate are ordered (e.g. books). This means that the final calculation of the flat shipping rate only takes place during the ordering process – however, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favor.
Delivery Times
Delivery time within Germany: 2–4 working days
Delivery time within the European Union: 3–5 working days
If paying by advance payment (bank transfer), the delivery period begins after receipt of payment.
No delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If an item is exceptionally not in stock or the delivery time is delayed, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.
