The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and all other price components.
We only deliver within Germany and the European Union.
Shipping costs within Germany
Shipping costs: 4,50 € per order
Free delivery from an order value of 70 €
Shipping costs within the European Union
Shipping costs: 7,50 € per order
Free delivery from an order value of 90 €
The shipping costs are calculated depending on the delivery address and the order value. They are clearly shown again in the shopping cart and on the order page.
The flat-rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods with a lower tax rate are ordered (e.g. books). This means that the final calculation of the flat-rate shipping fee is only made during the ordering process - however, it cannot be higher, but only lower in your favor.
Delivery times
Delivery time within Germany: 2-4 working days
Delivery time within the European Union: 3-5 working days
If payment is made in advance (bank transfer), the delivery period begins after receipt of payment.
There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If an item is exceptionally not in stock or the delivery time is delayed, we will inform you immediately by e-mail.
